Admin Assistant, Fitch Solutions Singapore (9 months’ contract) Fitch Solutions is currently seeking an Admin Assistant on a contract basis to be based out of our Singapore office.

We’ll Count on You To:
- Attend to team members enquiries on general admin matters on employee policies and usage of internal applications, file expense, travel arrangements, travel visa applications etc.
- Vendor Management, office supplies procurement, sourcing marketing items in the region, organize delivery of marketing items to clients, office equipment contract renewals and price negotiations with service providers
- Publishing articles on Company web pages
- Coordinate schedules of internal and external meetings
- Facilitate and support vendor payment process
- Takes charge of logistical organization of corporate client events and internal events tracking budget vs spending
- Manning the Front Desk reception service for a few hours once a week
- 3-5 years’ experience in office management and administration
- Solid experience in travel arrangement and events management
- Ability to multitask, a team-player and demonstrate flexibility in a fast-paced environment
- Thrives in changing environment, willingness to learn new software tools/systems and manage ambiguity
- Experience with SAP and Concur applications
